The ferry ride to the other side of the city was nice. Cat inside the building. The hallway smelled like cat pee and litter box, our room as well. Hours later I still get PTSD from the smell of cat pee. Walls were thin and it was loud when someone walked in the hallway. Showerinstallation and furniture was damaged / started to fall apart.

First of all, I must mention Akmehd, your host. Such a warm genuine guy. Always there with advice and tips, a true gentleman. A free ferry across the river is only a short walk away. Roos are clean and comfortable, showers hot. 2nd time here and would certainly return.. Nothing to dislike.

The Hotel rooms are really comfy and have a lot of natural light. The room and bathroom also have enough facilities for a comfy stay. The staff is super friendly and helps you with everything. You can also rent bikes there, which is a must-do (in my opinion) to get to the city center easily and quickly. Its on the other side of the main canal, but there is a free 24/7 ferry that takes you (and your bike) in 3 minutes to the other side of the canal so yo can see the center. The ferry station is 5 minutes away in bike, just a street from the hotel.

Easy access to city centre across the river on the free ferry service - very frequent and easy to use. Excellent little cafe just across the road, next door to a bookshop. Friendly staff. Happy to keep our bags for the day after checkout. Windows opened easily. TV didn't work and no real attempt was made to fix it. Loose taps and showerhead - all functional, just a bit rickety. V small room, which was fine but felt a bit cramped.
