Friendly staff, reasonable rate cf other local hotels . Clean bedroom and facilities Lots of drain flies in the bathroom. Every night I see adult drain flies crawling out of the over flow. The drains need treating! No face cloths. No usb charging ports

Very nice and cozy hotel, very tidy and cozy room. Staff was very kind, polite and helpful. I liked the room in the attic, it was calm and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The area of hotel is very easy reachable from the Amstel station, the area is calm and quiet, you can rest very nice. Rooms with windows to the entrance have some problems because of the smoking area in the yard, and may be noisy because of the open air restaurant. Thankfully staff was very kind and helpful and helped to solve this problem for my stay, thank you very much! :)

The Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood away from loud city noises. Only a 20-minute metro ride to the main central station.Spacious Rooms and large layouts that give you plenty of room to move. In-Room Kitchen and handy small kitchen for basic cooking or snacks.Great Service and staff members who are very kind and helpful. The breakfast menu needs more items.

Good breakfast, good location A cleaner walked into our room while we were there, in a private moment. That was a first time it ever happened to us ever, and we travelled all around the world. After reporting it at the desk we didn't even get an apology.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy beds. Also very dark at night which was great! Great to be able to hire bikes right outside. The decor was a bit odd! Felt like we were sleeping in a Chinese restaurant!
