Good location I booked a premium room and was given a room with facilities for disabled people. The shower was a curtain only and water was splashing every where and the toilet was open plan , no doors . The second room I booked I ticked two separate beds but the hotel said we do not have single beds I am sorry Booking.com you got this completely wrong

The location is excellent When you book multiple rooms you can end up using different elevators, as the hotel is more like multiple buildings but still share the same entrance

Beautiful lobby, fabulous dining areas and the bar was exceptional. Didn’t like the location of our first room as we were in a separate building joined by a walkway and had to use either 2 separate lifts or an entrance via an alleyway. Requested a move to the main building and were very happy with the new room.

A wonderful stay in Amsterdam. The hotel is beautiful, the room was excellent and very comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. The service and overall quality were exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Everything was excellent. The only minor downside for us was the €60 daily parking fee. We understand that this rate is clearly stated by the hotel and that, due to the size of our Mercedes V-Class, external valet parking had to be arranged. Everything was handled professionally, although we personally found €60 per day quite expensive for external parking

Great stay and excellent service Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a small issue with the AC dripping water, but the team responded immediately and fixed it quickly. They also waived the €300 valet parking fee and kindly sent me chocolates along with a handwritten apology note. Special thanks to Samantha, the Manager on Duty, for personally taking care of everything and making sure I had a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the excellent service.
