Very cramped room. Very difficult to access and move in/out with luggage. Very poor office hours. No value for money. Would NOT recommend to anyone

Excellent location, right on tram no.4 We were aware that it was steep stairs, but being a family with 3 children, I would have expected a room on a lower floor instead of top floor. Also room was a bit claustrophobic vs images on website esp the bathroom.

Very close to tram and right on the canal Tight space no place to keep suitcases when taking out or putting back clothes. 4 people with 3 carry on very tight space. We had a lot of mosquito issues so bring bug spray or no sleep.

Great location with a beautiful canal view. very nice free croissants for breakfast. staff friendly- helped with our luggage- thank you! very steep stairs ( we knew this) and strange that reception is only open from 9-2

Fantastic location looking over the canal. Quiet area. I stayed with my children and very impressed especially with their quiet hours rules. This was very reassuring when staying with children and everyone respected this rule. Rooms clean, had 2 fans which was such a bonus. Great comfortable beds. Great value for money Nothing
