Great location We had a ground floor room but we’re still required to do so many steps to get to it. Room lighting was terrible. Too dull.

The room and hotel were very good and it was located around 5 mins from Amsterdam Centraal station. The room was large and comfortable. The location allowed us to do a lot of walking around Amsterdam and near to lots of food and drink options. The room was large enough to allow a small fridge but didn't have one. The stay was during the heatwave of June / July 2026 and this would have allowed us to keep our drinks and fruit cold.

Walking distance to train station, restaurants, canals, tours. Clean room, friendly staff Beds were super uncomfortable. We were on the 4th floor and elevator only to the third floor.

location was amazing, staff was friendly but I didn't interact with them much, A/C is a game changer, the room was damp and had a damp moldy kinda smell at first but once we blasted the A/C it went away

The receptionist tried to overcharge us. We arrived at 13:45, and according to the sign, the fee should have been €5 at that time (€15 only applies earlier). He still insisted on charging us €15, so we waited until 14:00 to check in for free. What made the experience worse was his attitude. As soon as he heard us speaking Hebrew, his expression changed and became visibly unfriendly. It genuinely felt like we were being treated differently because we are Israeli. We won’t be staying here again, and we won’t recommend this place to our friends.

The room is away from the streets, so it is quiet. I like the location as it is near the Central Railway Station. From here, I can take the public transport easily to the places of interest. I took 2 flights that is over 14 hours and arrived early, but was dead tired. I wanted to Check-In early, but could not, waiting for more than 2 hours before my room was ready. I would also prefer a room on the higher floors with a window.

Location was good My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The first room I was given had a very bad smell, so I asked to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. The light kept flickering on and off the entire time, every single day of my three-night stay. When I spoke to the reception staff, they were extremely unprofessional. The first time, I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked and that I had to wait until the next day, even though I had to stay in a room with a light constantly flashing. The next day, when I explained that I had already been dealing with the issue for two days, the receptionist replied, “You haven’t even been here for two days,” instead of trying to help or apologize. On top of that, the hotel was not clean and the overall condition was very poor. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed in many hotels before, and this was by far the worst one.

Excellent location: The hotel's location is fantastic and is definitely its strongest feature. It is convenient and close to many attractions and services. Room The room was much smaller than expected. The pillows were too small and there were not enough of them. The room was somewhat noisy. Housekeeping was very poor and inconsistent. Even when the room was cleaned, important areas such as the carpet and the toilet were often not cleaned properly. They kept dirty!!! The hotel advertises air conditioning on its website, but the room actually had a split AC unit. There was no refrigerator in the room. Accessibility Some rooms are not accessible by elevator, requiring guests to use old, steep stairs. This was inconvenient and could be unsafe, especially for elderly guests or anyone carrying heavy luggage. Breakfast Breakfast was the biggest disappointment of the stay. Although the hotel advertises a continental breakfast, the reality was a very small buffet with very limited options. I paid extra for breakfast, but it was not worth the price. The breakfast selection was inconsistent, with some days offering even fewer choices than others. The fruit was often old and not fresh. The restaurant was not clean, and on one occasion I noticed small insects flying around the fruit, which raised serious concerns about hygiene.

Overall, my stay was disappointing because of several issues with the room. The sound insulation was very poor. My room faced the street, and I could clearly hear people outside, making it difficult to relax and sleep. The curtains also did not block the sunlight properly, so the room became bright early in the morning. The air conditioning was acceptable, but not great—it kept the room reasonably cool, but I expected better. The biggest disappointment was the pillows, which were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Location and facilities It’s a bit small but for a solo traveller it has enough space and all the facilities that you need. Sry clean and comfy.

The lights were too dim. A little bit more light in the rooms would be nice. There was no dryer in the bathroom although advertised. An Electrical kettle would be very nice if available. Thank you

Location Ac . There was a working tool left in the room. The shower leaked . There was no soap or shampoo,bottles were empty.
