Location was excellent, the staff were exceptional. Attention to detail was very good from the staff. The hotel was comfortable and clean I felt the room was disappointing, as we paid a huge amount for a suit, I was slightly disappointed by the room we received. In the spa there was no access to cold water!! Everything in the hotel was very expensive.

marvellous, Patrick at reception was most competent , in the vault bar Tony from Tipp a delightful expert in his field , to be recommended , 3rd floor hallway from lift to room 301 needs better airflow
