The Bank Hotel

m. We have been upgraded!!! The location is excellent. We could walk to many points of interest . Good restaurants nearby. Interesting neighborhood. This is our second time at the hotel and we will be back in the future.

Everything. They upgraded our room. We loved our stay!

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful, room was very nice. Loved the hotel cat! We paid for breakfast for 2 nights but it wasn't available early enough the second morning when we had to leave for the airport. I did not like the little step up into our bathroom, it was definitely a tripping hazard. I didn't like the sliding glass bathroom door either. My friend's room did not have this so it is not a feature overall.

Central location and large rooms and bathroom

The location was ideal. The staff was super nice and helpful . Beds and linens very comfortable and rooms were quiet.

Small single room, but perfectly adequate for my purposes. Located on a nice street with lots of businesses, so many choices for meals. Pretty easy walk from Centraal station, and pretty convenient to the rest of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pretty pricey for the quality of the room. Bed could be more comfortable, for the price.

Coffee in the room and in lobby too. Staff was excellent and very helpful and nice. Room was clean and up to date. No cars allowed on the street outside so only bikes so quiet. Grocery and other useful stores close and close to train station and main square. Great restaurants nearby and a steak restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was very good but lots of bakeries close by. Very safe. Hard to find even with our map on the phone. Taxis are allowed on the street. We’re 80 and walked with our luggage from train/ subway station so very doable. Room was small but efficient. Got more hangers on request.

Location great for shopping, central station and attractions. House cleaning was sub standard and some of the staff were rude. Prices are too high for the quality especially breakfast. .

Bathroom smelled and room was very small. When you turned on bathroom light, it was very bright in the bedroom.

Centrally located. Small hotel. Just perfect. It was all good.

Double room on the first floor for two of us. Twin beds, great, coffee in room, great. We did not eat breakfast there. Returned a week later with a single room. Small but very adequate for one. Staff was fantastic.

I love small, personal, boutique hotels that are well situated within a city and this hotel fit all the criteria. Super friendly (and English speaking) staff, very accommodating.

Location Cleanliness, poor breakfast and poor breakfast setting - works were still going on in the breakfast room which is not acceptable for the money paid.
