The positioning of the hotel because it was in the city centre It was unfortunately a very unpleasant stay. The rooms where Dirty, there was no drinking water available. The Windows could not be opend. We also where promised a view but the only view we got where Stone Walls Outside of our Window. Overall the Rooms seemed like a cheap Motel instead of a high end Hotel.

The room was comfortable and facilities were new fro. The last ti.e we came The front desk staff were pleasant but it was not like it has been in the past. The concierge desk is a miss and you coukd be welcomed with local delights like mini stroopwaffles etc and I miss that as well. The atmosphere is warm but not the hospitality. The refillable water bottles in the room maybe good for the environment but I prefer bottled water entirely.. did not feel safe to.me.

It was ok. Exec lounge was good Given the advertising pics and price, I was expecting the best quality stay of our holiday. But what we got was ok, but a bit average. Concierge desk was way below par.

The breakfast was excellent. Lot's of variety and ample time to eat. They had something for everyone. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect . It is near everything that you need. Everything was good.

Amazing location, beautifully decorated room and the best cocktails in the bar ever! The barman was really lovely too. Loved the pastries in Janice too. Two fire alarms during our stay that meant we have to leave the room and building unexpectedly and the staff were not very knowledgable. Also we ask for room cleaning on day one and it didn’t happen.

The location and the amenities was good. We got there an hour before check-in, and room was not ready, when we finally check-in, only two towels even though they knew there was 4 of us. They said housekeeping is still cleaning but shampoo & conditioner was empty even after housekeeping is done

Location The soap dispenser was empty in the shower on arrival and we had Jo bath towels.

Location was good right next to the train station. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast included was excellent and nice variety of restaurants. Deco was nice and nice to have twin bedding room with queen. Hard to find the gym. Too big of a hotel.
