The hotel is right next to Vondelpark which is so beautiful. The bar and restaurant are good food and very good service. Staff is very kind and responsible. Family Rooms are okay. Housekeeping was not to our expectations. We had to change rooms the day we arrived because of a broken window. Hotel was kind and prompt in assisting. However, in the new room cupboards were not dusted inside. I didn’t enjoy the smell of bleach in bedding.

The location was great in terms of it seeming safe and quiet. The restaurant and bar were lovely, and the staff was helpful. The rooms were pretty small and the ac doesn't run continuously so it was humid

The new bike rental app is a frustration and disappointment. It takes away from the romantic local experience that the hotel’s previous over-the-counter bike rental service offered.

Excellent location next to Vondelpark and at a very quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday and we could not have dinner or lunch in the hotel. There should be more room service options.

An elegant little hotel very close to beautiful Vondelpark. The rooms were comfortable and modern and the staff were very helpful. It's in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of the major museums in Amsterdam and a bus with direct service to Schiphol airport is quite close by. We would highly recommend it.

The Deluxe king room was perfect for my friend and I. The location was incredible and right next to Vondelpark, away from the tourist area. The shower was nice and the staff were incredible as well! I would absolutely stay here again. Early check-in for a small fee was also appreciated!! Lovely hotel!

i loved the room! even though it was small, it had everything we needed and a ton of storage space. i love vondeelpark so it was very convenient that it was close to the hotel. the hotel's area was also very quiet which is nice and it is close to a tram stop which made it easy to get into the city center.

The breakfast was the best we had on our 3 week tour of Europe, including four countries. The hotel had a decent gym and was located next to a great walking park as well as tram stops to explore other parts of the city. I struggle to find any negatives associated with this property as it was everything we were looking for...

Modern design of hotel Insanely expensive too far from anything and super small room. We booked a bigger room gave us a smaller and said they upgraded ... seriously?

Location and very nice staff. Strange device to turn on lights, curtains and air. Would light up whenever the table was touched. No hand towels when we checked in.

Great hotel, very kind staff, and overall a comfortable stay. The room was very nice and clean with complementary coffee and water replenished each day. Location is not too central but easy access via tram. Not much actually, only that in a small room the toilet door is glass and not at all sound proof

Stylish property and rooms in a quieter part of the city center. Still very walkable, but about 20-25 min walk to most attractions. Staff was friendly. The room was tight. Lights are controlled by a panel which was kind of confusing. Seemed a bit pricey but mostly on par with other places we considered. BEWARE— if you plan on renting a car the parking situation is bleak. We knew there was no parking on site, but didn’t expect such expensive or far away options.

Nice beds. Relatively clean property. TV didn’t work in one room. Electric control (drapes and lights didn’t work). After alerting staff after the first of two nights nothing was fixed. At checkout the issues were again raised with the front desk and staff practically argued with us that we had not operated the items correctly.
