Location was amazing coming in the center of the city every thing is rounding you , friendly staff , clean room , good space in the room . The only comments in this hotel is the connection elevator to reach your room

The receptionist Morinia or morina was very unprofessional claiming that was the hotel’s policy the check in process was very hectic since there was some sort of problem as we were 3 and needed a suite upgrade, she wasn’t helpful which required another booking on spot in another hotel, she literally said “ it’s either 2 of us and you show me a booking in another hotel for the third person or the 3 of you in another hotel” and that offer includes zero refund if we cancel the reservation upon her request, she also didn’t even want to check me in until I showed her a reservation. For the third person in another hotel, the whole situation wasn’t handled smoothly especially after mentioning to her how long and during our day was after the travels, no hard feelings towards her it’s just unpleasant situation handling, especially in the whole suspect attitude of show me a reservation so that I believe you and check you in, thanks in advance.

Location Terribly noisy both exterior noise and hearing every door slam shut in the floor. Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke.

Location. We had to call both days so they can fix the A/C. Rooms are not updated, they didn't even have an USB port to charge our phones.

So I was very uncomfortable and in happy. I was not aware of a policy that I had be in a curfew situation.. I had a friend also in Amsterdam that had want to come visit me and it was at 12am which is a normal time in Europe. Was walking my friend in and got stopped by the front desk saying I’m not allowed to have guest past 12?! I was not aware I was a child again? I’m an adult and paid a lot of money to stay here? The front desk man was going to let me just sign him in but then a manager came and stopped him! I felt really embarrassed and was concerned if I’m getting targeted as a gay male and if it was a straight person would they have been different… I felt very much like I was being monitored and not welcome.

It was close to the train station. The property was fine, not too good, not too bad. The big problem is the people that work in the property; It can be the best hotel in the world, very luxurious, with the best installations but with the incompetent people and everything will be disastrous. I arrived early on my first day and the person that attended me ask me to wait for two minutes and those two minutes become 15 minutes; ( they didn’t have my room ), because it was early I understood so I went out with my wife to enjoy the city which we enjoyed a lot but when we come back around midnight to get the room and sleep we had to spend about 20 minutes to get the room, the person said it was my lucky day because I was going to have an upgrade after the long waiting and you know what that means… they didn’t have what I paid for so they gave me what they have. I am running because my schedule tight so I can not describe much better all can say is if you get this hotel be prepared to wait for a while and me be get in to a fight to get your room.
