The most beautiful hotel in Amsterdam in every aspect. Everything was great.
-
elegant hotel - great staff power failure in my suite in the morning when i got up and had to get ready in darkness … but these things can happen so it does not impact my view about this great hotel

The location was fine, on the river. The room was in the corner on the top floor - very nice view to two side. There is no central heating in the room but hotel gave the el.heater. The breakfast was excellent - A la cart menu was reach. Everything was fine.

I liked everything: - welcoming and professional staff; -delicious food; -warm on a cold day; - swimming pool and hot tub; -exercise room; -sheets and bed; - room temperature; -wine and cheese board; -everything.

Gorgeous hotel on the canal. Staff was excellent all around Incredibly warm, helpful and knowledgeable. The spa and pool was also fantastic. The rooms are older and bathrooms need to be updated. Would suggest offering a classic European buffet breakfast instead of just a la carte

The hotel is grand and high value. It felt like a palace. People in and out were dressed quite formal. The room was clean and tidy. Very nice service. We felt that the hotel is more suit for holding weddings, or some other leisure.

Glorious place, great spa, beautiful bathrooms, good breakfast, friendly staff A few niggles: -very slightly understaffed? -steam bath in the spa needs some essential oils or maintenance? -power points should be on both sides of the bed? -mixup with our bag when we arrived, 20 minute wait for it to be brought up? -inclusive breakfasts should be available to be brought to the room for a tray charge?

Friendly staff and excellent service. The Chromecast service in the room did not work, but this was true for the whole hotel due to a problem with the service provider.

The room has a very nice view The lady on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and showed us a city map. It was very helpful 1. The sink problem was annoying. 2. Ticket affording. they told us they can book us tickets for a museum. we asked and reminded them many times but they didn't. it was a little bit sad because we depended on what they say. 3. Yes it was nice stay but the overall price was a bit high considering 2 nights + a winter season wasn’t crowded with tourists.
