Very well positioned for the train station and to explore Amsterdam. Room very clean and air con very welcome. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The shower was difficult due to the water going everywhere and making most of the bathroom wet!

Loved everything, everything was perfect. Just when checking in i had to wait for the receptionist for 30 minutes, only to find out there’s self checkin, and when i tried using it the receptionist came, funny is that he himself didnt know how to use it, so i continued on my own and self checked in. To be fair it was around 11PM but its a hotel and people can arrive anytime A bit slow receptionist when checking in at night

I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thanks to the reception staff for their kindness, friendliness, and outstanding cooperation. They were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality.
