We booked the Room based on proximity to the Arenas. It is perfect for going to an event at AFAS or the football stadium!

Staff was very nice, room was also very good and with a comfortable bed.

A good quality-price ratio, the hotel is not central but well served in terms of public transportation, direct metro to central station and direct train to the airport , Hazem in the reception was very helpful.

The location was fantastic — right next to the train and metro station. We paid €10 for a day pass, which let us visit all the attractions via the metro. We had a really great time

Perfect location for a concert literally 5 minutes away from the venue. Good amenities and comfortable small room. Also a lot of restaurants, metro and supermarket nearby. The staff were extremely nice as well.

Excellent location, close to the metro and a supermarket. The hotel itself is new and clean. I would liked to have a hairdryer and a refrigerator in the room.

Location near ArenA stop was great! The bathroom door was very loud when the magnet was connecting. When closed, it didn’t stop water from causing big puddle in the bathroom. I also find the early check in and late check out fees to be a bit excessive. Paying €25 to check in 1 hour early is outrageous, in my opinion. Maybe €10/hour earlier would be reasonable.

The location is great for a concert. Right next to the train station, stores, stadium and concert venue. I've found the room to be dirty. Bathroom was dirty, water stains and towels with stains.
