Location is 10/10 and the room is much bigger and cleaner than most

I ended up having breakfast in the cafe instead, which cost €40. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly helpful and, when they learned that the stay had been booked through Booking.com, they were even less accommodating. I was actually told that I should book directly with the hotel next time. After this experience, there definitely won’t be a next time. The combination of poor organisation, lack of flexibility and unhelpful service was extremely disappointing. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station was an excellent choice for our stay in Amsterdam. The location is truly ideal, right next to the central station and within a very short distance of the city centre. The room was comfortable, clean and very well maintained, while the large floor-to-ceiling window with its beautiful view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a very positive experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Amsterdam. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Close proximity to Cruise ship dock and city. Offered family room accommodations (bunk beds). Concierge was excellent and very friendly. Loved the cookies! Thermostat was difficult to adjust

The bar at the top level is with fantastic view. All staff are nice and with passion. Breakfast is good and it serves during a long period of time. There are many customers at front desk, thus for checkin or checkout need wait quite some time. I'd like the breakfast has more east asian food, say, noodles. I also hope hotel can provide teeth brush and teeth paste.
