Room too small, door didn't close unless you pulled it, housekeeping left door open when they left, housekeeping did not clean well they left the dirty cups in the room, no view, neighborhood a little sketchy.

The Albus Hotel was a great choice for my solo trip to Amsterdam. My stay was excellent, and Victor was exceptional and made me feel very welcome from the start. I even ended up extending my stay and Victor was extremely accommodating! Raymond was great too and provided wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again!

It was walkable to locations we had planned to visit. The layout of the room location was somewhat confusing although we adjusted quickly.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The location and the area is great. I did not like that I received another room which was already occupied and after that I received a room inferior to what we have booked. In the end, everything was sorted and received the room booked. Maybe they should be more careful with this type of issues. Also, the bathroom had a bad smell the entire stay.

Friendly helpful staff in a good quiet location. Breakfast was very good. A/C worked good on hot days.

The location was excellent! Close to shops and restaurants, tram stop was close. The hotel was wonderful and beds were comfortable. Wish the room had a mini fridge. However staff was willing to give us ice.

Location was great. Right in the city centre. We could walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants & bars close by. We had ants in our room which staff didn’t seem to take seriously. Room appeared clean on first inspection however when we cleaned up ants that were in shelf in wardrobe & I wiped top of wardrobe in case any up there it was thick black dust. Again when moved bedside to kill ants, black dust behind.

It was completely overpriced for the size of the room. No room to put your stuff on the nightstands. The shower was small and the water was all over the bathroom when you were done.

Space, very clean staff we very welcoming The ceiling leaked from the batroom had quite a flood in the lounge area. This looked as it has been a problem for a long time but has not been fixed and the hotel still charged us full price. We should have been given a refund of some sort

A really excellent hotel with great rooms and a great vibe. Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and very attentive and friendly staff. Not a criticism of the hotel, but the location is close to some bars with music playing quite late/inebriated patrons walking home late… so a little bit of disturbance.

Loved the location! The pillows! They were the size of sheep and they didn't have other pillows to choose from. Would have loved a flat pillow..
