the rooms are not cleaned even when we asked for it. There are no drawers. Located very far from the city center -- one needs to take a bus and then the Metro, and it's takes about 35 min

I liked that it was located in Amsterdam Noord. Generally dodgy all around. The daytime staff were great, kind and friendly. Too far from the good parts of the north, need to taxi.

The hotel was near to the city center and parking at night for free Parking during the day (after 9 am ) 1.2 €/h They provided room on the ground floor considering my kid. Breakfast was absolutely not worth, please do not book breakfast here. Only bread, butter , jam , cheese and some sausage/ egg to eat + coffee machine. ( Only worth of 5 €) Just single staff who is rude most of the time and managing check-in counter / reception and kitchen at the same time even in rush hours Even to get extra towels you have to walk by to reception The cleanliness of the room was ok

The room was old and not noise proof. Everytime someone opens their door nearby, it is loud. You can hear all sounds around you and made it difficult to sleep in early morning.

Clean easy to bus station No groceries within 1km, 3.8 is far from actual central, checkout time is to early which is 11AM,

Hairdryer didn't work, ground was still dirty from prior residents. It was cleaned the next day but they entered the room without asking. Fridge smelled bad.

Very nice hotel. Quiet location! The staff was very friendly. The food was good! Daphne was super helpful, with tips to help us get around better! Thank you! We didn’t know about the subway, and took a cab over to the property. The cabs take advantage of the situation when you don’t know about the subway?

Friendly staff, easy parking, excellent breakfast, room was good, but small. Bathroom adequate but very small, no shelf in shower to put shampoo etc. Limited space for luggage and clothes if you stay a bit longer. Breakfast was too early, before 9 am!
