Hotel staff just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Bathroom in room was terrible. Shower dirty, toilet lid was not the right lid for the toilet, floor in bad shape.

Arrived very late at night (after midnight). Had no issues checking in. Staff was friendly. Rooms definitely need to be updated. Beds were okay. Towels need to be replaced. Overall our experience was fine, all we needed was a place to shower and sleep. We asked for late checkout and were only given 30 minutes.

Room was clean. Walked in at 11pm and slept til 530. Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs I don’t think they were real. Everything else was great.

Tub in the bathroom was not clean.

Arrived to check in. Room was not ready. Bed not maid, bathroom not clean, food in the refrigerator. They moved us to another room.

This hotel definitely needs a good clean. The lack of safety is worrying. First the door for my room was open when I walked in the room they have left a carpet cleaner machine right in the middle of the room. I went to talk to front office and she came to remove it but it seems whoever left it was about to clean a red stain in the carpet. Then the hotel and room had a peculiar smell, there was a broken door from the desk left underneath the tv, under the mattress there was an open wrap of the instant soup condiments an eye mask and more trash, the other mattress had trash underneath and the pillows were stained. A very poor quality hotel. We asked for a refund since we weren’t going to stay there after all that and our room was next to one of the back door entrance and that door was broken and left open so basically anyone can come through that door. For the refund they told us manager had to approve it and it wasn’t available and they basically never do refunds if we wanted to leave it was up to us. We left and we will never come back here. We are planning to reach out to management and hopefully they can refund us before having to reach out corporate.

The elevator and hallways were hot and not the cleanest. The foyer and desk area were great and looked just like the pictures. Beyond that it is a different story. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The accommodations were not what was stated on hotels.com, my room smelled disgusting, and there were no other rooms available for the night. The bathroom was unusable because the shower was so gross and the smell was so bad. :( :(

This one is walking distance to a few restaurants!

Arrived at 1:15am and staff had canceled our reservation despite it being paid. They managed to "find" a room that was supposedly out of order, but hadn't been officially put back in service. They were unable to generate a room key for us so the night staff had to let us into our room. Went down to the desk the next morning and was still unable to get a room key. We were never able to leave the room together as one person had to stay in the room to let everyone back in. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Very clean, comfy bed, AC was nice and cold, breakfast was awesome !!!

No pool at a ‘3 star hotel’? The front desk charged my husband for the room that I booked and paid for.

My second stay here at this location. Just one night stay. We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time and was told to wait until 3:00 because the available rooms had not been updated. Not a big deal, but that has never happened to me before. Was not greeted as a welcomed customer but the check-in process was fast and simple. Hall way was hot. Upon approaching our room, the door was open and unsecured, so we were a little hesitant walking in, but my name was on the TV screen so that confirmed that we were in the correct room. Overall, rooms were clean and smelled freshly cleaned. Only downfall was there was no safe in the room to store and lock small items in. Other than that, I'll stay again for the affordable rate.
