The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. It appears to be pretty new. It’s probably a little high price for what it is. But at least it had a good bed. The breakfast was good. I don’t have any negatives about the property

This property is extremely new. I chose it because it has FREE EV charging. But it really exceeded my expectations. Great breakfast. Very lovely facilities. Nice room. Great staff. Quick access to a top Route 66 attraction, the Cadillac Ranch. It was a little tricky to get in and out of as the highway system in Amarillo is kind of weird. So if you plan on running around for food, fuel etc, it does take a bit longer. Definitely not the hotel's fault!

Because it’s a new construction the Apple Maps has not caught up with its address so we have wasted 30 minutes searching for it via bad directions before calling the property for a proper location.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very nice decor and room was spotless.

This hotel uses the Booking.com platform to do business and they list their hotel as pet friendly. Nowhere in the platform do they say DOG FRIENDLY ONLY. After 8 hours on the road, they denied me lodging because my pet is a cat. The inconvenience and distress this business caused me is inexcusable. Rudest staff to top it off.

This hotel is immaculate! I nearly considered stealing the mattress, sheets and pillows because it was the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Would 1000% stay here again.

Really well kept property and appreciated the cleanliness of the room, lobby, hallway and breakfast area. Will definitely stay here again! The price was nice too.

I like the property itself a lot. I had stayed the month before and it was great. The disappointment I had this time was the breakfast service. There was no coffee made. We were trying to get on the road early and coffee wasn't made until 25 minutes after breakfast had started. Also, I put food on my plate and went to get some gravy and it was inedible. It was a white watery substance with chunks of goo at the bottom. I just threw my food away and opted for cereal and yogurt. The worst part was that the food staff was doing the minimal that they had to do and were more concerned about getting back to the couch in the lobby to scroll on their phone. The month prior the food was good but again, the staff sat on the couch as much as they could scrolling on their phones. It isn't a good look at all.
