Hotel staff seem to always be on their personal devices when walking into main entrance, & house keeping needs an attitude adjustment, we were getting ready for our day and house keeping knocked on our door and when I opened she asked to clean the room and I said sure we’re leaving in 10 mins is that okay and she waved her hand in a way as if to say “whatever” and walked off. I also was not happy that my room had a smell that we weren’t happy with to later find out it was dog urine. Willl never stay at a dog friendly hotel again

I can't believe this hotel is almost half the price of the two on either side of it. Helpful staff, clean/big rooms, comfortable beds, free coffee whenever, and enough breakfast (yogurt, cereal, bagels, fruits) for someone who doesn't need eggs and bacon and potatoes and such. This place is a STEAL!

Conveniently located to mall, shopping, amphitheater and the hospital. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a prolonged stay due to a family member at the local hospital. The hotel is close to the hospital, the Northpoint Mall and many restaurants and stores. It was a very convent location to stay. Everyone was extremely nice.

Breakfast was OK Workout room which I used twice could use some updated and working machine. The cross trainer didnt work and there were no clean towels to wipe down the treadmill.
