It's a good hotel to stay. Have plenty of shops nearby. Rooms are so clean and neat. Morning breakfast is very good. Staff responds to queries very quickly. Overall it's very good place to stay.

Room was clean. Breakfast area was easily usable. Pool area was nice, but walls did need a little scrubbing. Didn’t stop us from having fun. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Ice machine never worked on the first floor. Found one on the fourth floor working all week. Did not replace my plastic glasses. Had to go to the breakfast area to get one as directed by the check in counter

From the start, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a bit small, but overall we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities available. The location was also conveniently located near many shopping and dining options. The complimentary breakfast, which started at 7am, offered many options which everyone enjoyed!

Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Free coffee 24/7. Ice machine broken on our floor but staff brought us ice. Room never got cold at night. Bathroom had old smell & needed updated on 3rd floor. Was moved because room on 1st floor the window blind would not go down. Mattress was okay but not great. No phone in our room to call front desk.

Clean room and comfy bed. The staff was friendly, location was ok, nothing special. There was a fridge and small couch. The breakfast was awful! They did not have all the items they said they would have. It was missing turkey sausage, bacon and pancakes. They are remodeling the hotel and the room they served it in you couldn’t even move in it. The parking lot was small and we almost couldn’t find parking both evenings. The bathrooms were to small and the elevators are so dirty.

They are doing construction in the building but they did not bother our stay. The pool wasn’t open yet. Not sure if it was not the season yet or they are doing construction on that as well.

Very dated, no notice that the pool is green and closed, not very welcoming.

Really disappointed there were no coffee making facilities at all despite it being advertised as duch. Air con was really loud, had to seitch it off at night making the room stuffy. Breakfast was awful, no hot water for tea , no hot food left, i literally had bread and water for break. Not really what i paid for.
