The best thing about it was they gave us a shuttle ride to the concert and were there late to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. Thank you so much.

The location and the customer service was excellent My bathroom in room 328 smell like backed up sewage.

The next morning, while we were changing rooms to avoid a second night of that, we witnessed our next-door neighbors checking out with professional video and audio equipment All signs point to them filming adult content in the room next to us. The front desk comped me two nights of parking and gave us a bag of pretzels and an apple juice for our trouble. One question - why do we have to pay $12/night to park in the hotel’s own lot? Which is not guarded or gated and, we now know, has no security presence? Be aware that if you stay here and have an issue with another guest, no one will help you.

Clean room and convenient location right by the Avalon and close to downtown Alpharetta. There’s a a Keurig in the room, but it would have been nice to have complimentary fresh coffee provided in the morning rather than having to pay for it. We ended up going to a nearby coffee shop instead. I didn’t use any of the wellness equipment in the room, but they provide a mat, yoga block and straps for exercising, which is unique. We weren’t able to get the TV to connect to my phone for streaming.

The bathroom for women in the lobby did not work or was being remodeled. No option for women in the lobby while we were waiting to check in. Not very many option for food in the evening at the hotel bar..

What a pleasant stay at a very reasonable price! The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to everything I wanted to do. The staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious. Comfortable beds, decor, and exercise equipment in the room. The floors in my room were sticky and the water didn’t get as hot as I wanted.
