Not much, it is attached to the PPL center. The set up of the hotel/parking garage makes no sense. My sister is in a wheelchair and we had to take 4 different elevators and go through a maze of hallways to get to our room. There were no signs on the floor our room was on so we had a hard time finding it. It was not easy carrying bags and pushing a chair at the same time while navigating the maze. The hotel is accessible, but only if the disabled individual is not traveling alone. I even messaged the property ahead of time to ask if it was easy to navigate because my sister was in a wheelchair. They stated it was, but that was not true. We paid for a city view room but all we could see out of our window was a wall. The room had trash on the floor and the blankets had rips and tears in them like they were old. We ordered room service for breakfast and they did not bring silverware. I requested to get some and no one ever brought any so the food got cold while we waited. $71 breakfast unable to eat, portions were very small as well.

It was close to PPL Arena. No sheets/pillows for the pull out couch The door bolt didn’t work TV didn’t work at all When I brought it to the desks attention they offered HALF off breakfast. Ridiculous! And it cost $500. Rip off. Never use booking.com

We stayed one night for the Zach Top concert at PPL. It was a very nice and clean property. Dinner at The Dime was delicious with well crafted martinis. The location felt safe with lots of things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Not the nicest neighborhood and the parking is very confusing. Also, the restaurant/bar has very irregular hours.

We were not sure of what to do for the morning. Front desk staff gave multiple options for outings and restaurants .

Staff were great! Helped with ideas of places to go and places to eat. Both staff members who checked us in were really kind and welcoming.

The hotel was nice and good location!

Staff great. Hotel nice. Little confusing trying to figure out how to get into the hotel. Had to call hotel for instructions. Once in parking garage, it was difficult to navigate to hotel lobby. Once in hotel everything was great. Having a door from the lobby to the venue made the stay 1000% more convenient

This hotel location is great, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Room was big, shower was great, bed was comfy. However had to wait for our breakfast at their restaurant for 30 minutes to be prepared, and there were no other people at that moment. I would probably stay there again.

Nice hotel in Allentown, hotel bar/restaurant was nice, however menu is limited. Room was nice and modern, staff were helpful.
