Beds were too stiff

The hotel was so seedy and felt so unsafe. As a single female traveler i definitely did not get any sleep nor will i be staying there again. As soon as i pulled in to the parking lot there were men idling, the lobby smells like a sewer as soon as you walk in and the extra chain on the room door makes you feel like you’re in an apartment on the bad side of town.

Pet friendly, clean and convenient location for my trip. Limited places to walk my dog. But ok.

No one was on the premises for me to access my room! I was there before 10:00 p.m. also I didn't see any notation about how it wasn't 24 hours supported until the room was booked. Please return my money immediately.

Secure area The pool is closed has been since Covid I saw a comment on the adult store being too close to the hotel I don’t agree it’s completely separated by a gate and it’s behind the hotel. I couldn’t see it on the side of the hotel I only saw it while driving around to leave the property.

I've stayed 2 years in a row, would do it again.

The outside and inside was very clean as the rooms also. What I didn’t like was that I drove 3 hours from Maryland to get there. I enter and asked where is the bathroom and was told; We don’t have common bathroom. I asked the gentleman; So where do all the employees here defecate and urinate ? He then let me urinate in a bedroom that was being cleaned and I thanked him. It’s the first hotel or company that doesn’t have common bathrooms for visitors that might of traveled hours to get there out of all the ones that I’ve been to. I suggest to at least have a porta potty outside.

The gentleman who assisted me with my check-in was amazing. Truly pleased with this establishment and will be booking again. Very happy to have found this hotel for family who come to visit from time to time. I live nearby in Emmaus and this makes it so much easier to accommodate them while maintaining a short and manageable distance. Nothing to report. I have nothing but good things to share about this hotel and its staff. Very glad to have found this as an option.
