I was pleasantly surprised at how upgraded the place was. Maybe recently renovated? Nice. I would stay there again.

The rooms were not very spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible—there was barely any pressure at all. Breakfast was alright, but the same options were served every day, so there wasn’t much variety. Overall, the stay was average. It wasn’t terrible, but based on the Google rating, I expected a little more. There are definitely areas where the hotel could improve.

We asked for one towel during our one night stay, it never arrived.

Our room had extremely loud, squeaky interior doors that woke everyone up at night. The mini-fridge freezer was missing its door, causing ice to melt and continuously leak water inside the fridge. Additionally, a friend in our group had a broken toilet on their first night. More concerningly, another friend in our party had their wireless earbuds stolen from their room. The main road out front was frequently "drag raced" as well by cars and motorcycles late at night between 10 and 12 pm. The building's maintenance needs urgent attention: Elevator & Ice Machine: The 2nd-floor DOWN elevator button was unlit and stuck (you just had to guess if it worked). The 2nd-floor ice machine leaked so much water it created a literal lake around it until staff finally locked the door and redirected everyone to the 3rd floor. Facilities: Hallway floors had soft, uneven spots underfoot, and the carpets throughout were very dirty. Shower water fluctuated between warm and cold with low pressure. It’s a shame because the frontline staff are nice, but due to severe upkeep issues and safety/security concerns, we would not stay here again.

Our room needed some maintenance. The overhead light by the entry door flickers terribly and the door scrapes on the floor. Other then that it was well cleaned and the breakfast area was replenished quickly when needed.

Clean room, responsive staffs, hot breakfast, and the hotel is across from Dorney park. Good location.

The Bed. The bed was heaven, everything about it, the sheets, topper and pillow. And the location, next to the hospital, suited my reason for being there quite well. Location, a great bed, and good night sleep are why I gave it a "fair" review. Staff was pleasant. Everything else was not great. The toilet wasn't flushing well; it took 4-5 tries, and even then it wasn't clear. The breakfast was the lamest hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The only egg offering was egg white omelets (premade). The only meat offering was pork sausage and turkey sausage. Didn't see any option for yogurt and maybe some toppings. Everyone was in the pancake line (the only decent thing), and of course they take a bit of time. Paper plates; people jammed into the tables...I didn't even bother eating there.
