I enjoyed dealing with Tsigareta the front Desk teller . I give her a 5 star. I had to pay extra to go to my room earlier.
-
The bed was very comfortable. There was only one vent in the suite so that the living area, when you first walk in the door, offered no ventilation and/or air. Even though we turned the temp down to 60 degrees, it never cooled off the front sitting area. Also, our first night, the water temperature for the shower was scalding hot, as though there was no cold water available. The second night we were able to turn the nozzle to the normal stations and get cold, warm and hot water.

I’ve stayed at this location several times first for work then I came back on vacation. The main attraction is the location near the Metro. There are many restaurants within walking distance, which is aided by the King Street trolley. The rooms are excellent and well maintained.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. I loved that there is a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. The staff is very nice. I did not like that one out of three elevators were not working but by the end of my stay 2 were working. I also didn't like that they do not have a lobby suitable to congregate in. It was six of us . We were asked to leave what I thought was part of their lobby but was part of their restaurant. I did not like that. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Location is excellent. the hotel is very nice and a good value. Staff is very good.

It was in a great location near shops and restaurants and the Starbucks in the lobby was extremely convenient. The room was dark and lacked overhead lighting. Even the bathroom lighting was dim, making it hard to effectively apply makeup. I had to Mcgyver a little mirror by the window in order to get ready.

Starbucks in the lobby, conveniently located across the street from the metro/VRE/Amtrak. Walkable to anywhere in OTX. If you are too lazy to walk (or it's waaaaaay too hot!) grab the (free) Old Town Trolley from the bus station, also across the street, which takes you all the way to Waterfront park making stops along the way.

Great location. Spacious rooms.

Great location. Loved the Starbucks inside. The staff was not helpful. Hospitality was lacking. Our room was awful. First I was given the incorrect room and told there was nothing else available. The room was dusty. Stains on the furniture. Lamp shades broken. The outlets didn’t work in the nightstand. The desk was dirty. Crud under the glass. The room had been flooded as the door was falling apart at the bottom. The duck down pillows were from 2018. They should be replaced every 2-3 years. You could tell the other pillows were washed as the labels were melted from a dryer. Imagine sleeping on a pillow that went through 8 years of countless people. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton. All I received was a “We’re sorry” and “This is not our standards”. Nobody offered to make it right. Do not recommend staying at this location.

The water pressure in the shower was too low.

For a Hilton, I was disappointed. The beds in the room were doubles, not queens. It felt a little cheap for Hilton to not just put in queen beds. Housekeeping cleaned the room and instead of giving us fresh towels, just folded up our already used towels, so then we had no way of knowing whose towel was whose (they were still damp when we went to use them). The breakfast was not the greatest and prices weren’t listed beforehand. My daughter had a glass of milk and we were charged for her having the buffet which was an outrageous price. The facility itself was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive to their text line.
