Not clean, mildew on different parts of the room. It smells cigarette smoke ets.

Hunting for items

Breakfast was ok. Hot breakfast would be nicer. Discounted rates for guests staying longer than a month. My family is displaced and while the discount applied when I was able to book a month ahead. When I ran out of funds they took the discount away when I had to book on a per day basis which puts an enormous stain on my wallet and ADDED to my financial hardship which in turn increased anxiety trying to keep a roof over our heads. Came close to spend the night in my car due to this.

The place smell like pot, marijuana. It was not in a safe neighborhood. Could not sleep there. How you do not recommend this place anyone who wants to travel to Alexandria, Virginia. Trying to get a refund for the one day that we did not stay there and booking.com is not helping. Rethink if you’re thinking about this place. I didn’t like everything about this place. pot smell throughout the building. The neighborhood that the building is in. Do not feel safe.

My room had bed bugs and when I reported the staff just shrugged it off. I stayed at this location plenty of times before and never had this issue. I left my room at 3 am

Lobby and elevator smelled like Marijuana and the room smelled like cigarettes . Said they couldn't change my room because I booked it through a third party app.

Service as there was hardly any breakfast and the staff was not Cooperative in locating the specialized pillow my wife uses for the neck sprain. We forgot the pillow at the hotel and called them back in a few hours on the same day.

The room was clean. However, it says that is a No Smoking hotel and there was a heavy cigarette smell in many areas, let alone Marijuana smell very strong in the hallways, very uncomfortable. They do not provide breakfast as advertised, it's just coffee & tea. But room was clean, free of smells and staff was very friendly and courteous.

The location was convenient.

Location No yogurt or fruit for breakfast .we had to ask 2x for coffee to brew The hallways smelled awful, the pillows were old and stained, we had to bring the linens and towels down ourselves and there were stains in the lobby that should have been cleaned same day, right in front of elevator! Our room also had a lamp that didn’t work .

Our experience was unacceptable for several reasons: - Cleanliness and Odor: There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. - Lack of Amenities: The kitchen was not equipped with pots, pans, or dishes. Additionally, there were no toiletries, such as shampoo or body wash, provided in the shower. - Breakfast Quality: The advertised breakfast consisted only of coffee and a small prepackaged muffin. - Environment: The hotel was very loud in the evening, and I did not feel safe staying there with my children. Despite my request to speak with a manager during our stay, I was never able to do so. If you book through a third party site you will not be able to change your reservation.
