This is a great location with an absolutely amazing staff. The breakfast is top notch with lots of vegan options. Great facilities all around. One of the best hotel staffs I've ever encountered!

The facilities and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good. But, I do have two complaints. In the suite, the pull out sofa bed was so hard my kids did not sleep well for the week we were there. It felt like they were laying directly on a board. We layered with an extra comforter and towels to try to make it softer. The second complaint is there are so many mosquitos in the indoor pool area. There were two bug zappers, but they were not doing much.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains. The only downside to our whole experience was the fact that we were charged $7.00 per night for parking. The parking lot is shared with a near empty mall so parking is not an issue and seemed like a petty charge to add on .

Room was nice and spacious. Checking in was nice and quick. Ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Breakfast was good and fully stocked.

n/a beds uncomfortable, AC didn’t work in room, moved to another room and the AC didn’t work as well. Found a roach in the bathroom. Staff were rude.

I loved how nice and courteous the front staff were. Enjoyed our spacious room.

Clean room, nice staff shops were within walking distance, I did not like the pool as it smelled and the outdoor pool area did not have any shade.

Elevator was broken

A bit tricky to find, off in a parking lot of a shopping mall, but worth the circling! The night staff was efficient, friendly and fun. Our suite was attractively appointed with framed photos of NM landscapes. The kitchenette was well equipped, the furniture tasteful and clean, the TV higher-end. The bed was comfy, the towels fresh and fluffy and the bathroom spacious and well lighted. Strange that there was not a small table and chairs near the kitchenette; this left a large empty space in the suite. The corners in the shower could have used more focused cleaning; looks like a bit of mold growing. Seems we always get deaf neighbors who run their TV too loud, and slam the doors…what’s up with some people?

Location, rooms, staff During the Balloon Fiesta, they should serve breakfast earlier to accommodate those that are going to the Fiesta. Even if they had a grab and go breakfast, that would be better than nothing since we are paying for I.
