Clean the room and fix the curtains

I did ask the front desk about the pool and was told it would be open for another hour. When we went down there within 10 minutes of being told it was open, we were unable to get into the pool room. After traveling all day and having a 1 year old with us, we were truly looking forward to relaxing in the pool. At this point frustration ran high and we just decided to go back to our room.

Beds slept good

Easy check in and out. Clean, spacious rooms.

I agonized over picking a hotel in Albuquerque. We stayed 2 nights here for a concert at First Financial Credit Union Amphitheater. The 12 minute drive is the ONLY redeeming quality about this hotel. I would not recommend staying here, especially for solo travelers, women, and families with kids. 1. Homeless people, druggies and weirdos everywhere. We witnessed what could only be a drug deal when we checked in at 1am. A woman got out of her car, ran upstairs to a room, ran down, and got in a car with a passenger smoking, and drove off while staring at us. My boyfriend walked to the gas station and saw a homeless man defecating on the sidewalk. Ate breakfast at Waffle House across the street and witnessed more junkies. 2. Room was dirty. The floors are FILTHY and turned my feet black. Do not walk barefoot in the room. Burn hole on bed covers, both towels had dirty stains, pillowcase had stains. Had to ask for all new. 3. Property is gross. Stairwell has people smoking cigarettes and leaving cig filters all over. Food remnants. Even found a pair of socks and underwear on stairs. 4. Would not recommend walking around at night. Not safe area because as mentioned before there are homeless people and sketchy people. We learned the hard way that the grey colored less-than-7 ratings on Expedia are for a reason. It would have been worth paying a little extra for a 7+ green rating instead of this trashy hotel. DON'T STAY

Refrigerator wasn't working.. But a staff member went and took care of the problem

This place was dirty and full of dead bugs and roaches. There was a brown recluse spider in my shower. And some of the largest roaches I've ever seen. I walked in my room and walked out.

Convenient location to airport rental car facility. Bottom of bathtub was dirty.

The place need a lil bit more cleaning and also the place is a non smoking hotel but it smells like cigarettes.

The rooms with problem in the windows. The broken bathroom and the service not very good

The overall cleanliness of the room. Dirty bathtub. We had to get another room. The first room the toilet didn’t work. The bathroom door was kicked in. The room smelled like a musty old man.The second room smelled better. We had small black bugs.

The room was very clean and so are the grounds

The was people next door to us that were smoking all kinds of drugs we had our children with us and didn’t like that at all so we went and asked for a refund they only gave us back 40$ and we didn’t even touch the room or nothing we were swimming the whole time we were there the staff are not helpful at all don’t recommend unless ur okay with inhaling drugs.

But the nightly rate is fair. How clean the rooms were, and how comfortable the beds were.. The AC was turned off so when we arrived at our hotel room it was very hot. It took several hours to cool down. And then the AC continued to turn off. When I asked for them to move us they made it very clear that all rooms were left. That way all ACS were left off until the occupant showed up. Which I understand for electricity bills but when you're traveling all day and you want to lay down immediately, it's terribly hard when it's extremely hot in the room.. And I am traveling with my three kids.

First room the AC kept going hot, sink was busted and walls were dirty. Got moved to a new room, was a little better but bedding had a burn in it the room was supposed to be non-smoking, tub drain was clogged and water built up while showering.

The room had been updated and was good. Breakfast was fine but minimal.
