An all around great hotel. We were impressed with the friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We will stay here again! The breakfasts were great also. Thank you!

Went downstairs and ordered a burger (cheese and bacon were EXTRA) but when I asked for a side of Ranch... I was told it costs EXTRA! Not a cheap burger to begin with but more money for sauce? The bar is not cheap either. Their "pour" is EXACTLY one jigger.... not a drop more. Front desk staff at night are quite friendly. The day staff ... not so much.

We always stay here when we visit Albuquerque. Very clean and stay are super friendly.

We arrived around 11:00pm and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Very happy with the stay.

Location was perfect for our purposes. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and professional. This was the 2nd time in 2 weeks we have stayed at this hotel and that added to many more over the past several years. On both occasions the final bill was incorrect and had to be corrected before we left. The second one on final review is still wrong and will require more time to get it right. Also - this is the first time I have ever been charged for parking at your facility. The only lot available is in front of the hotel, and serves only hotel guests. Why the charge - just because you can! May not use again.

It was nice to be at a hotel that made you feel special. We called room service for an extra blanket and they brought it to us immediately. Customer service isn’t like this anymore.
