Palazzo Finati

The location, the top staff, the rooms, facilities (even private parking), the breakfast, the tasteful decoration. WiFi could be improved. This did not disturbed as I had enough allowance on my roaming deal.

Remo was so friendly and helpful throughout the stay - going above and beyond. Palazzo Finati is very centrally located to restaurants and shops which is extremely helpful if you don't have a car in Alba. The rooms are like stepping back in time with lovely features and lots of extra room. The breakfast is also very delicious and the setting wonderful.

The manager, Remo, was extremely nice and helpful. My room was huge, with a separate sitting area and a very large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Breakfast was superb! Large variety of fresh foods, including fruit, rolls, bread crisssnts, pastries, hazelnut cake & fruit tarts, cheeses, yogurts etc. Eggs were prepared to our liking. Juices & coffee drinks. Remo was a warm welcoming host during our 4 night stay in March. He even offered to drive us to the train station when we left. The large room with patio was beautiful and spotlessly clean as was the entire hotel. Mix of modern and old world Italian design in what seemed like a newly renovated palazzo. Nothing.

the design of the hotel and our room was beautiful. remo and the staff were super friendly and responsive. the location was easily walkable around town and easy to get out to the main road which made it a perfect home base for day trips around piedmont. nothing, we loved our stay!

Large room with charming decor and balcony. Loved the basement breakfast room with the stone ceilings and wine cellar vibe. Excellent cappuccinos! Beds were quite firm but comfortable. Remo is an excellent host! He is so friendly and helpful. Great recommendations for restaurants. Got us reservations L'Inedito Ristorante and it was delicious. We were able to park in the courtyard which was essential in the heart of the city.

The owners are wonderful. Got a real taste of old world Italy. At one time, at least 4 other families were staying in the Palazzo but it was so quiet and peaceful, one never could tell.

The owner went out of his way to organize activities for me. He even picked me and dropped me off at the local train station. Excellent breakfast. Large room. Located in a quieter area of the old town - but right next to an excellent restaurant All good

The BEST place to stay in Alba! Right in the old town. Easy access by car. There is a large car park right near the hotel. OR, if there is space there are a few spots to park in their courtyard. This family owned boutique hotel is very warm and welcoming. Remo is an amazing host! He is on property to welcome you and be sure you have everything you need. The decor is old world Italy which gives you a "sense of place". The wonderful breakfast is served in the most beautiful historic space with barrel rolled brick ceiling. Alba makes a great "home base" for exploring the Piedmont region, with many small villages within a 20 minute drive. I highly recommend this hotel.
