the stay was one of the best stops on our tour. The hosts were exceptionally accomodating to our every need. The room was spacious, clean, up to date, with a view that is suitable for a postcard. Could not ask for a better location close to Alba but the charm of country living. Nothing to dislike.

Everything about this place was magnificent. Place was immaculate. Room was spacious with the best views imaginable. Location was great as most towns were within 10 minutes. Breakfast was fantastic as Lorena was a great cook and very accomodating. We stayed 4 nights and our entire stay was better than anticipated. Lorena and Franco was the perfect hosts. We loved everything.

An amazing B&B with a beautiful view from the terrace. We very much enjoyed the stay there. The breakfast consisted of lot of great options - the homemade jams and salami were an absolute treat. Nothing.

Lorena was so sweet, nice and helpful. She is an amazing cook and everything she made was so delicious. She helped us book everything we wanted to do and was so helpful. The room was large and spacious and had a great balcony overlooking one of the best views in Italy. You could see so far all the way to the French Alps. I would love to stay here again, highly recommend. Great location, great views, great food, great air conditioning great bed and mattress. Nothing. Loved everything

Lorena and Franco are excellent hosts! They will help you with any request you may have. The room was perfect for us, super clean, confortable, and the bath room included everything that a 5 star hotel may have! Great parking space, easy access, close by restaurants, and the best of all, the amazing view! We stayed 3 nights and one of the mornings we were able to see the white mountains from left to right! The breakfast was excellent, Lorena offered eggs cooked to order, varaity of cheese, cold meats, breads, cereal, cakes!! and a delicious capuccino prepared by them every morning! If you are going to Alba, Bella Vista is the place to stay! We can’t wait to go back! Thanks Lorena and Franco for your hospitality!

Incredible views; absolutely outstanding host (Lorena)! Perfectly situated on a ridge top overlooking the Barolo Valley with castles and wineries in all directions. Lorena learned what we were interested in and then helped us plan our day and booked our wine tastings and dinner reservations. She showed my wife where to shop in Alba. Moreover, the breakfast was the best we’ve had in Italy. She learned that we were gluten-free and made us gluten free bread. The food choices were endless, but my favorite were the four different homemade sausages. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and we spent considerable time on the balcony enjoying nice wine she provided. Any special requests were immediately answered via WhatsApp. Her husband will take you truffle hunting in season. The value was extraordinary and we could not have picked a more perfect place to spend 3 nights in Piedmonte. Be aware that you need a car to experience this area. We arrived in Turin by train and rented a car at the train station. We had no problems navigating through the hilly countryside. We would love to come back here again, and if we did I would look up Villa Bellavista and absolutely stay there again. I give it my highest recommendation.

The view was perfect, you could see over the whole valley. You are aways from the city and in a calm and peaceful place. The breakfast was awesome, everything available in different type and flavours, mostly house made or regional. Lorena the Host was so nice, she cared so much about every guest to make their stay a good experience. Lovely how much heart he puts in her job as the host! She helped with any questions or with reservations in the city. The room was very clean and she cleaned and tidied up the room everyday. Everything available in the bathroom and the bedroom. The fridge was full of water and sodas, which she filled up everyday again... she didn't charge for the drinks. Everything was nice, we enjoyed the stay. The bed could have been more comfortable. But maybe that is just our taste, it was too soft for us.

    Nothing, it was wonderful!

  • Engine customer Oct 2024

Breakfast was amazing. Huge choice of cold and hot foods including home made cakes and preserves. The house looks out over a beautiful landscape - even if when we were there it was a bit misty in the morning. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Lorena had provided large bath towels plus robes and slippers. There were also complimentary drinks in the fridge. Lorena gave us useful advice about the surrounding area and restaurants nearby. There was good, secure parking. Nothing

The location is at the top of a hill in the barolo region, minutes from the pretty town of Alba and wine villages of La Morra and Barolo. The house is in the midst of wine vineyards and hazelnut groves with sweeping views of the beautiful mountains and endless grapevines. The house and rooms are nicely appointed and very* clean. The breakfast is outstanding! Really the best I’ve experienced in dozens of B&Bs. The hosts, Lorena and Franco are accommodating but unobtrusive. Lorena went way beyond what I would have expected when my car rental fell through (due to Europcar overbooking). She searched for a car for me and got everything lined up for me to get a rental on time for my trip. Fabulous stay at a beautiful house with the best hosts!

View from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Alao Lorena is really nice and helpful. This place is really special.

  • Engine customer Oct 2024

This was the best B&B I have stayed in. The room was big and comfortable. The owners were so generous leaving snacks and lollies in the room. The bathroom was bigger than the one I have at home. The views are exactly as they are presented on the internet. Breakfast was all home made and exceptional. The host even made warm eggs to order cooked any way you like. The host tried ringing 12 different restaurants to help us get a booking for dinner. She was so helpful and put her heart and soul into making the stay beautiful. I would highly recommend. I wish we stayed longer. The shower was a little too small to use and felt dangerous.

Top 5 reasons to stay at Bellavista: #1 Amazing Hosts. Lorena and Franco will treat you as family members. Lorena speaks English very good in addition to her native Italian and Romanian. She is eager to help and assist in any way to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle free. #2 Comfortable room. Very modern, almost new construction, well-kept, very functional and have all the amenity you need. Mattresses are new and very comfy, showers are of high power. #3 Amazing (positively overwhelming breakfast) … I cannot emphasize enough on the grandiose of the breakfast, extensive breakfast buffets with made to order eggs any style. #4 Breath taking views. We specifically booked the room with balcony overlooking Alba wineries… I highly recommended this room. #5 Way underpriced (cheap price) … For what you get, more than 50% cheaper than anywhere else. Another reasons: #6 Fully upgraded facility and luxury level amenities. #7 Free snacks and candies with fully stacked drinks in room refrigerator. #8 Hosts are willing to provide for free a picnic snacks and sandwiches for hikers or bikers or anyone if asked (please do not take advantage of their generosity… use the offer if truly needed) #9 Assist (not just recommend) with reservations to wineries, restaurants and others. #10 Hosts are very responsive by texting and calling to all inquiries and requests. #11 Very safe house especially for young guests, families and ladies traveling alone. All doors and gates are secured. Nothing. This is a Perfect B&B in all aspects.

We liked everything! We had a junior suite with balcony for three nights. It was spotless, spacious and had every convenience including a free stocked minibar and snack offering; slippers and gowns; a lovely bottle of wine and magnificent 180 degree view of the valleys, hills, orchards and vines of Piemonte. Lorena our host went high above our expectation in assisting us with restaurants and tours and the breakfast bar was extensive and considered with some local produce always included. BnB is walking distance to the local Communale for wine tasting. Lorena and Franco have greater future plans for their business including a pool and restaurant so this accommodation can only get more fabulous! We can recommend them without hesitation. nothing

Lorena was the BEST host we’ve ever experienced traveling. She was so welcoming, extremely attentive when we needed help/Had questions, and recommended some of the best meals we’ve ever had! And then there were the breakfasts….. I can’t even put into words or describe what her breakfast was like. You have to stay there to understand the variety of food, and how much time care and effort she puts into it! This B&B is a 20 out of 10!

Its a wonderful place!!! Lorena and Franco are amazing, attentive and super profesional. The house has a breathtaking view over piemonte’s hills. The room is impecable. Breakfast generous and delicious. Close to Alba (5 mins drive), one of the most beautiful towns of the region. It is a complete ten ?. Nothing to mention, everything works perflecty, would not doubt it.
