Location The breakfast was both very poor and served under extremely unhygienic conditions. Flies were all over the food, and it never even seemed to occur to the staff to cover it. The coffee was also disappointing. While many hotels offer freshly brewed filter coffee, the coffee here was just instant coffee. The staff were generally not very friendly. There is also a charge for beach towels. Guests are not even allowed to drink their own bottled water on the beach—the staff take it away from you. On top of that, the food and drinks sold there are extremely expensive. The sea was also very disappointing. The water was extremely murky, making it impossible to see anything beneath the surface, and there were large rocks throughout the area. In addition, parts of the seabed had a muddy, unpleasant texture. The beach itself was not particularly clean either.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was very disappointing. I booked the hotel through Booking.com about 30 minutes before arrival and paid online immediately. The payment was deducted from my account, and I received a payment confirmation by email. Upon arrival, the receptionist confirmed that our booking existed but claimed the payment was not showing in their system. Even after showing clear proof of payment, he refused to listen or offer any practical solution. His attitude was unprofessional, and he even made a disrespectful comment while speaking to the manager. I even offered to pay again temporarily until the issue was resolved, but when I asked whether the extra payment would be refunded once their system updated, I was told they would not refund any money, which was unacceptable. After around 30 minutes of unnecessary waiting, the manager finally confirmed that the payment had appeared in the system, and only then were we allowed to check in. While technical delays can happen, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and inadequate problem-solving significantly affected our stay. Other disappointing aspects were the air conditioners, which were too small for the room size and unable to cool the rooms properly. In addition, the price was quite high considering the overall experience, level of service, and comfort provided.

We really loved the hotel, the restaurant, the beach club, and absolutely everything about it. I don’t understand how someone could leave a negative review about the breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. Even though I’m vegan and don’t eat meat, dairy, fish, etc., I was still able to put together a really nice and delicious breakfast plate. The service was great, everything was wonderful. The room was super clean, and there was no smell of mold at all, as someone else mentioned in their review. Maybe we were lucky, or maybe we simply have a completely different perspective. We would happily return to this hotel. Thank you! There was no parking available for the car, and the receptionist wasn’t able to properly explain how to park, how to pay for parking, or where would be the best place to leave the car. I think this is something the hotel staff should definitely know and be able to provide information about, especially since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking.

What room very clean?

Excellent hospitality, beach club was lovely, menu at the resto was good. Stayed in annex building with sea view. Absolutely comfy and nice rooms. Cleaning wasn’t at its best. Not sure if they vacuumed during our 5 night stay.

The room itself was clean, but the shower glass was covered with germs, which was disgusting. The reception staff were extremely rude, and when we asked to upgrade and pay extra, the manager was nowhere to be found. Instead, they quoted us an even higher price than Booking.com, which makes no sense. The so-called “beach” was just a line of beds placed on a 45-degree incline, practically in the water. As a “beachfront hotel,” you’d expect at least basic services — but here, towels had to be purchased for €15 each! (The exact same towels were sold for €1 in the market). It felt like a scam, charging guests for something every hotel in the world usually provides. The property is basically just a restaurant with some rooms attached. Because of our bad experience, we didn’t even want to try the food. At both the beach and the pool, there were no staff at all, and when we finally managed to get a sunbed by the pool, the staff began dismantling them early to prepare for dinner service. Overall, this place is absolutely not worth it. The hotel runs more like a scam than a boutique stay and deserves 1 star at best.

Upon checking in, I noticed the room they gave us was very different than the pictures almost like false advertisement. I’m aware that the square feet shows upon Booking! however this room was very very small and when I requested a refund they wouldn’t accommodate and I had just checked in so I didn’t really appreciate that.

Close to the beach. Very good restaurant. Could not be described as clean. There was no mattress cover, just a bare sheet on top of a-hotel mattress. I sold vacuums when I was young. I know what is on hotel mattresses. Also no top sheet, which was annoying. Scratchy wool blanket. Room was off the street. Sound proof would have been nice.

A wonderful hotel where you can spend your holiday in Alanya. The open buffet breakfast and the friendliness of the staff impressed us very much. Thank you very much to everyone.
