Very nice host, clean and new rooms and good breakfast. I came by bike and desperately needed an oil for my chain (it was raining the whole day). Unfortunately the only bike shop in the town was closed. I asked the host and he brought me the chain oil on the next morning. ?

Incredible value. Great location, close to the city centre and the beach. Room was clean, comfortable and matched the description. Wifi was strong. Carmine was a welcoming and friendly host, and offered different options for breakfast.

Carmine was an excellent host. He even makes you choose what kind of breakfast you want & he'll supply it. We had to check out early so he brought a to go breakfast. And there were extra food for snacks too. It's like being home with all those access to food. The lounge was well equipped. A little bit of a walk to the train station & property is close to the road so the cars can be heard constantly but not so bad.

The host was extremely nice and kind, willing to help: Provided kettle and cups so that we can make cups of tea ourselves; Gave us bottles of water; Added fruits to our beakfirst... The room was clean and quiet.

The owner (off site) brought me breakfast. Very service oriented. Small room in shared apartment.

Carmine looked after us like we were his family. So helpful with information about where to visit in this historic place. His generosity as a host is exceptional. I left an item by mistake. He phoned me immediately so I could come back to collect it. Thank you Carmine. There is nothing about this guest house not to like. It is perfect.

Very confortable, easy to reach, walking distance from the center and the beach, a beautiful private balcony and a big covered carpark. The building is not well soundproofed making the place a bit noisy.
