The hotel experience was excellent. The rooms, washrooms, lobby, and the rest of the property were neat and clean. The staff was cooperative. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, with no problems.

Located nr to east gate of Taj Mahal No breakfast. The bed sheets, covers and towels were wet to touch, shower and bathroom absolutely filthy . The room was freezing ???. The staff all wore outside clothing and hats

The room is not as shown in the pictures. They do not provide a kettle, and the room is so small that only a single bed can fit. My parents visited for New Year, and their celebration was ruined. Additionally, they seem to scam customers by giving better rooms to people who book offline, while online bookings get bad rooms because the payment is already made in advance, leaving no other option. The blankets also have a really unpleasant smell.

NOT A SINGLE THING YOU CAN LIKE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY It was 1 of the worst experiences i have ever had with Booking.com The Photos which are visible are not 5% of the actual rooms, I have to book another hotel and have to shift on the same night. Please remove this Hotel Listing from Booking.com to maintain your own reputation. I if the Worst ever experiences i had in my Life... please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ANYTIME.

So so bad hotel, mud in water, no tea, no water, rooms are dirty, no gotwater kettle, ac is just dummy not working.

Torn headboard upholstery. Hot water only for 2 hours in morning. No Wi-Fi on 3rd floor. They kept lying about this. There was no Wi-Fi. Trash facility OYO.

Please find attached the photos of the pathetic/dirty rooms that were provided to us You can see in the photos the state of the rooms, wardrobes, taps, bed linen, all are pathetic. There was no spray in bathroom commode, can you imagine this ? Absolute non sense. No one would like to stay in such rooms. I would never keep my family in such rooms that included senior citizen parents. As the rooms were dirty so we didn't stay in it. We arranged our own accommodation. The tap was moving freely on the wash basin and was in completely unusable condition plus there was a leakage under the wash basin. I have captured this in a video but booking.com only allows to post photos. I would suggest to remove this property from booking.com to prevent others from going through hassles. It was a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE property. Many likes us were leaving the property after they reached there and saw the terrible rooms.

Extremely dirty and sketchy. Sheets and beds were nasty. AC didn’t work in every room. Only the first floor had WiFi.
