Fabulous location, great design, professional and friendly staff. Great breakfast Nothing

Location was the only good thing Pillows were bad, Room was tiny for a family, room was a matchbox size, we couldn't even open a suitcase properly as it was so small. Please do not market a family room with actually no space. Toilet was also awkward as it was glass everywhere and just frosted for privacy but you can hear everything.

car park is far away

The front staff were very helpful changing my room to one with more light/windows as I had a client presentation in the room. Sparkling or bubbles in the bar fridge!

Comfortable room Door should be accessible through a code

clean and good location They didn’t provide free water to customers. At midnight, we asked for water and we were told to get the water from mini bar which costs $10. They told us either get the tap water from the bathroom which is drinkable. We requested if they could provide filter tab water from their restaurant instead of us taking from the washroom. They said we had to take an empty bottle downstairs, the bottle was for restaurant not for guests in room, but we don’t have bottle and it was already 3:00. We were just too thirsty because of the aircon. It was rare that hotel did not provide free bottle of water to customers.

A great hotel in the perfect spot in the city, a short walk to the fabulous Adelaide market, Chinatown and Victoria Park Tram stop. My only gripe is that the $50 per night bond payable on arrival is not released back into your credit card account until some days after you check out.

beds and pillows not too comfy

Nothing but positive comments from us. I just wish we could have stayed to use more of the fabulous facilities and amenities!

The location was perfect and our (upgraded) room was bright, very clean and modern and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy Adelaide. The skybar had a great view, a nice swimmingpool and cute and well equiped gym. Staff was super friendly, coffee was very good and so was breakfast! We would definetely come back any time :)

We have stayed here before on several occasions, mainly because of the location. Close to the market, restaurants, and on this occasion close to the Theatre. Nothing

This is such a welcoming place to land in Adelaide. Room and common space is well planned and features lively interior design. The little pool with pretty views on the 4th floor was a welcome respite from the scorching 46°C heatwave we rode in on! No complaints!

Really funky hotel - great location Car parking - expensive & roof top bar not open
-
Location Lots of food around Friendly staff Rooftbar Infinity pool They gave us 2 drink vouchers to celebrate our wedding anniversary Cons Small breakfast area No supermarket nearby Pool only gets sun until midday Smell of sewage in the room

Lovely rooms, plenty of towels. Very friendly staff. Not one hook to hang anything such as a towel in the bathroom or a handbag in the room. All day menu really limited. Swimming pool only had sun early in the morning and the rest of the day in the shade, and not enough day beds.
