Location, location, location. Ideally situated for going to Adelaide oval.
-
Bit of a walk from the overflow carpark but the football was on so it was a busy weekend so it's to be expected that parking maybe a bit more full.

It is in a good location for trams and the shopping mall, easy pick up for tours First time I stayed here was excellent a year later not the same. The hotel needs updating it is very dated and we had to change rooms because the aircon was not working. The staff were very helpful with this matter. The La Boca Restaurant is also not as good as a year ago, wouldn't recommend this now and very expensive. The concierge staff do not know anything about the local area they told us to look at 'Google'

Room location. Very large room. Very comfortable rooms Would be good to have an indoor pool to use during winter

I liked the view out the window. The lobby has a nice grand feel. Breakfast, if you have bought it as part of your package was decent enough. The bed. I could see just by looking at it that it was sagging. It was hard and worn. Woke up with a sore back. I won't be back because of the bed experience alone.

It was easy to access the rooms and easy to have breakfast catching up with family, staff were very accommodating.

The location of the hotel is wonderful for the Casino and Adelaide oval

The room was very comfortable and I had a nice window view as requested. The facilites were good although there was some confusion as to whether the water bottles were complementary or not. The reception staff member - Francheska - was attentive and professional, and sought her manager's advice about me not being aware of parking charges. Note too, there is a $100 pending fee charge, therefore factor that in your budget. Ovrerall, the hotel location was perfect for my visit to Adelaide. The unexpected charge for a car park in the hotel garage at $30 per night. I always tick free parking when searching for accommodation on Booking.com, I was informed that this error while booking can be an oversight if not checking all details of the booking. I just had a look and I can't see where this is obvious. This was a disappointment as I had budgeted for my trip. Aside from this, the hotel was excellent.

Location. Bed and mattress and room layout were good. Breakfast menu and range was also liked. Lights in room did not work. Check in process was a mess with a customer with the same surname assigned to me. For the mess up I was given a $50 credit in the drinks lounge which was not documented properly and then it turned into a point of contention upon departure.

Hotel is close to city Aswell as trains ,trams for travel needs, its only a short walk to the Adelaide Oval as well as the conference center so overall great central location. The service of our room over the 7 nights stayed was average, our room was missed one night and we had to request fresh towels, The timing was also all over the place , we had a knock on the door at 2.50 pm saying can we clean the room as we finish at 3pm.

great location

Excellent range of choices offered at buffet breakfast. Staff attention to request for special items for Coeliac was appreciated. Bathroom with the shower over the bath was difficult to negotiate.

Location

Location Cost of everything was excessive. Wine in mini bar had to be the cheapest wine available and I know from experience it is dreadful. Snack draw was not replenished and neither was the coffee and sugar.

Location in the city was very convenient. The elevators are slow

Location is very good. The property is outdated; it needs a major renovation. My room air-conditioning was very loud, and the thermostat was not working properly.
