Location was where I needed to be Having to walk upstairs as lift still not working.
-
We didn’t get to stay there Unfortunately we were moved to an alternative hotel which didn’t have breakfast as I had paid for I asked the front desk about this and no one ever got back to me. I didn’t book this place initially
-
Amazing locations for trains, food, sightseeing, next to city centre…. Alarm went off past 9pm but couldn’t hear any of the announcements from inside the room! Calling operator & reception more than 10 times but only responded later after alarm stopped!

Location was just what I needed. Close to tram and Adelaide Oval. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was value for money. I was upgraded to a room with a view but was noisy with street noise. Limited TV channels. As others say, car parking space is very difficult to get in and out of park.
-
Great location and newly refurbished room.
-
The stay was brilliant. Location meant everything was at your doorstep.
-
Water pressure and temperature were poor. Temperature control in the room was poor too, we would have liked to let more cool air in but that was impossible with the small window gap.
-
Bit warmer perhaps
-
Old room, a bit run down. Windows were blanked out so felt like I had none which made it slightly claustrophobic.
-
The location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distance of the Oval, the Art Gallery, the Museum, Rundle Mall, Hindley Street and the Adelaide Market to name a few. Nothing...

There was no AC/Heating controls.

The only things I liked about my stay were the convenient location and the friendly staff. What I didn’t like was that the rooms felt old and claustrophobic. The bathrooms were outdated, with stains on the toilet, and the curtains seemed old-fashioned—I was unsure how clean they were. The air conditioning thermostat was difficult to use, with no clear way to control the temperature or switch between heating and cooling.

Customer service , allowing for flexibility with changes to bookings due to medical appointments
-
You could walk everywhere from the hotel, very central.

Room was good comfy location was good almost everything was close or walking distance and public transport. The bed was good. The TV had a few issues would like to have a information book about hotel and how to use some of the services.

TV didn't work I asked the staff twice for it to be looked at as we wanted to watch the football. My husband ended getting on the floor himself and found that something was unplugged and then worked. But I got a call from the staff around 10.00pm telling me a staff member had looked at the TV and it was broken and would I like to be moved to another room. I informed him that my 60 year old husband had fixed the TV himself by crawling on the floor and at 10.00pm I did not want to change rooms. We had first reported the TV issue at 4.45pm on our way to dinner.
