Reviews
-
Good size room, nice location, easy to find everything in the central business district. Nicely refurbished old building No places to hang things in the bathroom. Unpredictable time for when room service comes to tidy
-
Ideal location being very handy to downtown. Clean and tidy.
-
Close to Rundle Mall Noisy

The location was excellent and the value for money outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Staff, room, bed, exercise room, in house restaurant.

One of the rooms our group had was quite lovely and had a separate sitting area which we were able to make use of given the other room was smaller. One of our rooms had an issue with a fridge that had leaked for some time which caused the room to smell. Staff initially dismissed the issue, but upon discovering the issue, they moved us to another room for the remainder of our stay.

Nothing, its a nice hotel

There was a laundry facility but it stained my clothes. Inefficient entrance… no way to roll cases into the lobby. The entrance to the lobby was on a dingy alleyway. The parking was offsite and required us to pass by several noisy and crowded bars. The breakfast cafe was not good and was overpriced. The granola in my yogurt bowl was stale. The room was in great need of renovation. The lighting was poor, no lights on the desk and the wardrobe was tiny and flimsy.

-Good location as there are many places to eat and visit within a 10 min walk and the closest bus station is right outside the hotel restaurant door -Price paid was very good and great when compared to similarly priced hotels -There is a bar and a French restaurant downstairs -Beds are super comfortable -Room was equipped with a refrigerator and hot water kettle -Staff is very accommodating and friendly Nothing to list here, we had a very nice stay here.

Bed, location and room. The spa could have been hot.

The room was spacious and clean. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Was great to have a restaurant downstairs. Easy to walk into the mall.
-
Perfect location to all downtown Adelaide sights, short walk to tram stop and train station. Very good restaurant facility on ground floor. Laundry facilities on property very helpful and staff members were great in helping set us up with proper coinage etc. If I had to choose one thing I would say the room and bathroom decor was monotone white, there was not much in the way of decor so it felt very sterile.

Welcoming staff, quick check-in. The room was on the small side, but very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and coffee/tea, water and snacks were welcome after a negative experience at another Adelaide hotel. It was very quiet, I slept well. Very close to public transport and the bus to the airport.

No complimentary bottled water, tap water only!!! Adelaide tap water not the best….
-
When our room had a bad smell the staff were very quick to move us to another room on the same floor. Breakfast in Maison Clement was handy and good value with excellent coffee. However gluten free options should be available. More comfortable lounge furniture.
