Good Location and nice beach view and swim Restaurant very bad service , they give you the menu and after half an hour wait the waiter comes and says there is no food available only drinks Waiter very was not kindly at all , bad service even for drinks , restaurant and room service close around 22:00 and there is no way to get food , you have to leave the hotel to get late dinner

Location , some facilites , beach, lobby, elevators We couldnt get anything to eat dinner , the chef was not available , Lots of groups arriving when you have to check out , lobby crowded and a disorder

I like that the staff was very professional and nice. I like that the inclusive package was useful. I was able to get the things I needed without having to go to an Oxxo or another store. I didn't like that the internet connection. The internet was so inconsistent. There would be times when the internet would work fine, then it wouldn't connect. There would be times I would be watching a movie on my phone or on the TV and the internet would go out for several minutes. This was very frustrating.
