The staff were very helpful and attentive. We decided to buy the hotel breakfast, and while pricey, it was absolutely delicious with many options. The location worked well for travel from the airport. It seemed like the communication between the hotel and booking site wasn't that clear. We were under the impression that the hotel had an airport shuttle so we could use that to get to the hotel, but we found out it was only for return trips to the airport.

The A/C is fantastic, given the hot temperature in Acapulco. The beds and pillows are great. The Black out curtains are very good. The TV has a great selection of channels I understand that check in time policy is 15.00 Hrs, and arrived around 10. There were rooms available but reception staff, which is very friendly, asked for an extra payment of $700 MXP for early check in. This is not appreciated. Location is not bad, but could be better closer to the beach.
