Everything was good and clean

Our room smelled awful, and it was clear that someone had been in the room and on the beds. Never again staying here. I had no problem leaving and booking a different hotel, didn’t care about a refund it was so bad we just had to leave.

parking limited, room service did not refresh the towels or make the bed, it is not like I make a mess. but sometimes it feels good to come back to a room that looks straighten out

The location was good The property had trash piled up in the bins outside. The floors in the room were a bit dirty the corners had fuzzy and hair and the bathtub was dingy on the bottom, something some Clorox could have fixed

Staff was friendly and helpful A little more run down and dirty with stained sheets

The room was fine but the bathroom was dirty

Also, I could not call the lobby as the phones lines were not connected or working when someone was trying to get into my room.

Dirty had ants in room. Trash piled outside around building.

Room was clean. Shower was excellent! Parking was limited in front of my room. But I would stay again.

Room was missing the tv remote,in room coffee machine was broken,door was broken.

We did have the breakfast cause we left early due to visit with my husband in prison This was our 2nd time staying there. The 1st time there was good it was clean and everything we stay upstairs our room was facing the allups. And this time we were facing east...the room had baby roaches all over the sink and counter. The bathtub was stain with some i had to wear my sandals in shower and some dirty spots on the rim of the tub....and the corner of the ceiling was peeling off. A/c was at 60 and wasnt cold enough...

To make matters even worse, I found cockroaches in the room. That was absolutely disgusting and made me feel very uncomfortable staying there. For a hotel that charges this much, the level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable and definitely not worth the price. What I don’t understand is how a hotel with such poor hygiene is still allowed to operate. Doesn’t the local health department inspect places like this? I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness immediately. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
