L'Orto Di Panza

The location is spectacular—with Montepulciano in plain sight and all the key highlights of southern Tuscany within easy reach. Sandra’s warm hospitality and communication were outstanding. Every morning, we were treated to an incredibly delicious breakfast with a fresh, rotating variety of sweet and savory homemade options. The property beautifully combines authentic agriturismo charm with perfectly functioning, and spotlessly clean amenities. We highly appreciated the large pool, reliable air conditioning in every room, and hassle-free parking. Coming back to a perfectly clean room every day with a small, delicious treat waiting for us in the fridge was a wonderful touch. As it is an older building, you can occasionally hear floor creaks from the room above. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs, but it is a minor detail that didn't affect our overall experience at all.

The hostess was amazing: she gave us great restaurant and winery suggestions, and also arranged a cooking class for us (which was great) and a driver so we could enjoy a few sips of wine. The breakfasts were delicious and the pool was awesome, and the location was perfect: very quiet and peaceful and about a 10 minute drive to Montepulciano. All good.

The property was beautiful! Great views of a vineyard and a beautiful pool area. Sandra was amazing! She made delicious breakfast and was very communicative and helpful during our stay Would definitly recommend having a car or schedule taxis ahead of time. Finding a taxi was difficult and there are minimal options for food in walking distance

Loved our stay! Such a friendly host - excellent cook! And the environment is simply amazing.

Beautifully decorated country home with lots of thoughtful details. Soft linens and towels plus bathrobes. Breakfast was beautifully done, served on nice China and fully dressed tables. Sandra, the host even offered to make us eggs, freshly baked cakes and small sandwiches made for a good start to the day. The pool had nice loungers and was generally quiet during our stay. One flight up to our room, so climbing steps was necessary. To be expected when staying in a country house. Our particular room had a shared living room with another guest. We didn’t really need it anyway so it’s not a problem for us.

Beautiful, peaceful setting with pastoral views. Everything was superb! Sandra is phenomenal! She makes sure your stay is incredible. The beds are comfortable with exquisite linens. Sparkling baths, with nice sized, soft towels. Overall well appointed with pleasant touches to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and is particularly noteworthy, many delicious choices! Cannot say enough about her hospitality and first rate accommodation. If you are staying in Montepulciano it is a 5 star choice. There is absolutely nothing to dislike!

Sandra's hospitality was incredible. She is warm and generous, and her breakfast each day is amazing! Our family loved the pool, ping pong table, and the many private areas to relax. Couldn't recommend L'Orta Di Panza more highly.

Sandra is an amazing host! She makes you feel welcome right from the start. Her homemade breakfast is absolutely fabulous- the best we had our entire trip! Our two bedroom apartment was very clean, updated and perfect for four people. This is a little oasis in the peaceful, beautiful Tuscany countryside. We hope to return again.

Great localization; a few kms from Montepulciano

This is the second time we have chosen L’Orto while visiting Tuscany. Sandra is an excellent host and very accommodating with excellent attention to details making your stay in heart of Tuscany so special. Excellent location with vineyard and olive trees surrounding property. Everything is immaculate- rooms, sitting area, swimming pool and grounds. Breakfast is excellent with coffee made to order. Beautiful, tranquil place. Dogs are welcome with no additional cost!
