Wonderful property, great staff and we were treated like royalty. Loved our stay . The airport shuttle was great and as a loyalty for being a gold elite we got early to our room Unfortunately it is not near any fun site seeing, it is close to the airport in Amsterdam but there is nothing else to do there so any site seeing is not possible unless you uber and it is far from Amsterdam center.

Good location. Restaurant was good. Clean. Had shuttle to airport Our AC did not work. Staff tried to fix it but it did cool the room at all TV did not work, did not ask for help as it was late

Free shuttle from airport. Couldn't reserve the shuttle back to the airport without loading an app. Why couldn't the desk agent take the reservation? Should not charge for the shuttle back to the airport. Most airport shuttles are free.

Clean and nice Poor service on fixing our tv, took well over an hour and had to call down multiple times. Also Rented a bike and the bike lock wouldn’t work so I couldn’t leave it anywhere as I was worried it might get stolen , which changed the whole purpose of the ride.

Very clean and comfortable room, helpful staff! The hotel provides good shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is adjacent to the Amsterdam forest, a very large and beautiful park to enjoy a lovely walk through! Access to Amsterdam city center via public transportation can be a bit of a challenge — must go to the airport to catch a train.

The airport shuttle capacity was inadequate and the pick up location at the airport was not in the previously stated location. Reserving a spot in the morning shuttle to get back to the airport did not guarantee a spot on the shuttle.
