Location and room were beautiful along the Atlantic. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. Staff was excellent and friendly Our room was near a storage room for the cleaning staff, which was occasionally noisy.

Breakfast was good, great selection of fresh fruit, dishes were replenished often and the staff were very efficient. Reception area small and little comfortable seating. Bar tiny in the corner,. We stayed 6 nights. It's not a tourist friendly hotel, more business clientele oriented. There is no lounge, a big disappointment and no basic outdoor furniture. Note. On Friday, Saturday and and Sunday nights the Dining Room is closed. It is possible to get a pizza from a takeaway menu and a drink from the bar.

Air conditioning not working, hot room, sweating all night

Location is superb. I was waking up with the birds chirping and the ocean gentle surf. There were signs of leaks on the windows, the plaster was almost falling off.

Breakfast had an incredible amount of delicious choices. Excellent room service and staff. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely location near the sea and the Hercules Tower

The hotel is situated near the Hercules Tower, and the views are absolutely incredible from the premium sea-view room. The room is large, separate living/dining and bedroom, both really big, the bathroom was clean and had all toiletries and amenities (dental and shaving kits, shampoo body wash body lotion). We wanted to stay near the coast and not in the middle of the city so this option was perfect. The breakfast was incredible too, large spread with several options for all. Absolutely recommend this hotel for people wanting to stay away from city center but near the rocky coastline. Nothing comes to mind.

Good urban hotel, fairly well located, modern and very functional. There is a gym and it is next to the beach, surrounded by nature. There are no amenities.

Its not very close to downtown but i knew that before booking

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, nice restaurant in the lobby, breakfast was very good, we did have dinner there one night and it was very good as well. The Hotel, however, is not walking distance from Downtown, and the closest attraction, Hercules Tower, is walkable, but a good 15-20 minutes, Spectacular views to the ocean from the boardwalk behind the hotel leading to the Tower of Hercules. But, if you're going downtown or to the Raizor Stadium, you need a cab. If you have a rental car, plenty of parking around the hotel which is free and safe. Distance from Downtown.

Great location. Close to the Torre de Hércules. Walking distance to good restaurants. Parking is a bit challenging. First come first serve.

there was a theft in the property - My bagpack was stolen from 6th floor lobby in the evening and then returned to me in the morning by the reception. lost $ 500, a bottle of perfume and my ray ban glasses i called the police in the morning and reported the matter. the bag was returned by another resident to the reception - I am not sure if it was stolen by another hotel guest or the housekeeping staff
